1. Introduction

2. Solutions & Sourcing

* Product Availability: As a provider of "Innovative Fish Solutions," the Company specializes in sourcing premium Omani seafood. Availability is subject to seasonal cycles and sustainable fishing regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

* Specifications: The Company provides detailed product specifications (grade, weight, processing method). Any deviations must be reported within 12 hours of cargo arrival due to the highly perishable nature of the goods.

3. Pricing and Payments

* Wholesale Quotes: All quotes are issued in [OMR/USD] and are valid for a period of [48 hours] unless otherwise stated.

* Payment Terms: Standard terms require a [50%] deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon presentation of shipping documents (AWB/Bill of Lading).

4. International Trade (Incoterms)

5. Compliance & Certification
